$GG Tokens are NOT designed or intended to generate profits or financial returns
Purchasing $GG Tokens is NOT an investment in Reload Games Ltd. or any affiliated entity
$GG Token holders have NO ownership rights, dividend rights, or profit-sharing rights in Reload Games Ltd.

4.2 No Guarantees

We make NO GUARANTEE of any profit, return, or increase in value
We make NO GUARANTEE that $GG Tokens will have any value whatsoever
We make NO GUARANTEE of future utility, functionality, or usability
We make NO GUARANTEE that any games, features, or roadmap items will be developed or completed
We make NO GUARANTEE of liquidity or ability to sell or exchange $GG Tokens

4.3 Risk of Total Loss

You may lose 100% OF YOUR ENTIRE PURCHASE
The value of $GG Tokens may drop to zero and never recover
Only acquire $GG Tokens with funds you can afford to lose entirely
You are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to $GG Tokens

4.4 Utility Token Only

$GG Tokens are intended solely as utility tokens for use within Gaijin Games platforms (in-game purchases, rewards, governance participation). Any secondary market value is incidental and not promoted, guaranteed, or endorsed by Reload Games Ltd.

5. Wallet Connection

Certain features of the Platform require you to connect a cryptocurrency wallet. By connecting your wallet, you acknowledge that:

You are the rightful owner of the connected wallet
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
Gaijin Games cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions
All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible

6. Token Presale Terms

If you participate in the $GG Token presale, the following additional terms apply:

6.1 No Refunds

All presale purchases are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
Once payment is made, you cannot cancel or request a refund
This applies regardless of token price changes or project developments

6.2 Delivery of Tokens
